Two years of experience in an office setting preferred, internal or general medicine practice experience ideal. Candidates must be tech-savvy as the practice utilizes multiple online platforms for triaging, charting, medication refills, ordering and communication.
Role requirements include but are not limited to: triage patient calls and schedule appropriately, route patient calls and messages to physician in a timely manner, provide refills, enter orders, administer injections, prepare exam room, take vitals, perform EKGs, clean rooms, restock, and patient education among other duties. Epic experience is a plus.
Candidates must exhibit excellent patient care, communication and teamwork skills.
